1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Geogrid ("the Service"), operated by Flukx Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Geogrid is a local SEO rank tracking platform that generates geographic grid-based heatmaps of Google Maps rankings using the UULE parameter. The Service provides coordinate-level visibility data for local search results.

3. Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to accumulate free credits is prohibited
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Credits & Billing

• The Service operates on a credit-based system: 1 credit = 1 grid node scanned
• New accounts receive 200 free scan credits upon registration
• Purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan
• Flukx Studio reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or abuse free credits
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service outside of provided APIs
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of Flukx Studio. You retain ownership of your scan data and reports. You grant Flukx Studio a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the GDPR.

8. Service Availability

Flukx Studio aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flukx Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
